All sales are final as we only offer the highest quality gifts, clothing and bags. If you receive an item you are not happy with please email me and I will make arrangements for an exchange only.

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise we are happy to replace. Most items are in stock available for immediate ship. If your item is back ordered it will ship within 30 days and if your item is a PRE-ORDER we will not bill your card until the item is in stock ready to ship.
